Sales and Marketing Tool
Problem:
Britt Development built a new residential community on the outskirts of Archdale, North Carolina. The company was concerned that, despite its distinctive and attractive location, realtors would not take the time to show the neighborhood without a marketing effort to let the public know its unique advantages.
Solution:
A CD-ROM was produced to educate potential homebuyers and get them to ask the realtor to show them the property and get the realtors excited about the community. The multi-media marketing tool included video segments on the builder’s history, the community, the various floor plan options and the features of the homes. It was distributed to new home buyers, company recruiters and relocations firms. A CD version was also made available to realtors to market to their clients. |
